Three years ago, I asked myself: “Can we create a working #business model in #healthcare based on the concept of a living business #ecosystem?” That question led to the founding of NRETIA Health | Ecosystem-as-a-Service, and today, I see more and more answers on how the ecosystem approach can drive #innovation. A recent article, “Focusing the Ecosystem Lens on Innovation”, highlights the importance of defining actors, creating joint value, coordinating efforts, and understanding value capture within ecosystems. The past week has been a positively insightful exercise in sharing our new healthcare innovation community platform, Discovery. 💡 At the heart of our platform is a simple concept: fostering collaboration and innovation within the healthcare industry. 🔍The early feedback from our users has been overwhelmingly positive, and we're excited to see the impact our platform is already making within the healthcare community Here's a summary: 👀 Platform look: Our Innovators seem to like our new look. Although our visuals are great, we are giving special treatment to our champion users and they love it! We have a section called Featured Innovators, and if you are lucky, you get a top spot. 🧠 Concept: Our local network, aka co-working space has some fans too. They have been kindly inviting innovators in their network and they love the simplicity of our platform concept. ⚙️Utility: You know you are addressing a need when people get direct and ask how much your platform costs. Our innovators are asking very specific questions and that's a great thing!
