February 2024 marks my one year at Motive in Customer Success. It has been an amazing journey thus far and undoubtedly the one of the best one year I experienced in my professional career. As we move forward I wanted to take a moment and highlight what we gained in the past year and how it has shaped my Customer Success experience overall. I started as CSM Commercial managing a book of Business of around 160 accounts with over 500k in ARR. We worked with the clients ensuring their success with our new Adoption Motion presenting them the value of services they've opted. One of the key goals we had was improving Fleet's Safety as a result of which we improvised our Driver Scores and conducted Webinars for the fleets to enable them towards the new Driver Score model. We were to able accomplish my largest VF Renewal with an expansion of 20k ARR along with attaining the over all churn target to below 1%. I'd also appreciate the efforts of our leaders for ensuring the autonomy towards our BOB and having confidence towards the decisions we take for our clients. That being said, there's still a lot to learn and a lot to accomplish as we move forward towards Q2 of 2024.
