ICYMI: California’s #SB707 was signed over the weekend and we couldn’t be happier 🖋 Over the last couple of years, we’ve been working closely with Rachel Van Metre Kibbe, ACT (American Circular Textiles), and its members to shape bills that have a major, positive impact on our planet, and more specifically, clean up the fashion waste problem. While the bill is a step in the right direction, we are working to get us closer to a unified waste policy at the federal level. We know we can get there, we just need more participation! Thank you Kate Nishimura and WWD for deep diving into this policy and capturing the significance of this bill in textile recycling 👕 👗 ♻
