Our Fall 2024 Health Compass issue is out now! One of our goals this year is working toward becoming a High Reliability Organization (HRO) with our partner, Press Ganey. Becoming an HRO involves learning tools and techniques to provide even greater safety to our patients and reduce how often we are injured on the job. Our ultimate goal is to get to zero harm. Throughout this year, we have held training sessions to teach these skills to every person working at CMH. We have also held workshops to practice the skills and create habits that will sustain a culture of safety. You can read more here: https://ow.ly/E55650U4IKG

Emily Collins, clinical education coordinator, was nominated as a CMH caregiver who cares! "I appreciate both Shannon Earl and Emily Collins for their help re-scheduling TNCC after Cascade had an emergency cancelation. Everyone in my unit was able to get rescheduled, and Emily came in every morning to set up our computers. We all appreciated her taking the time to set us up for success." Great work, Emily!
